Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Hospitalized newborns with gestational age of 34-37 weeks and birth > 24 hours; 2.Birth weight 1500g~2499g; 3.Stop feeding 30 minutes before bathing; 4.Parents have given informed consent and signed consent forms;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.The diagnosis was intracranial hemorrhage of grade II and above; 2.Neonates using invasive respiratory support; 3.Consider newborns with congenital diseases, or chromosomal or genetic mutations; 4.Newborns with definite brain and nervous system abnormalities or lesions; 5.Newborns using sedation or muscle relaxants;
