18 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Pregnant women who are 37 weeks pregnant and full-term; (Pre-experiment + Formal Experiment) (2) Age= 18 years old; (Pre-experiment + Formal Experiment) (3) Stable pregnancy, communication and understanding skills; (Pre-experiment + Formal Experiment) (4) planned delivery in three centers; (Formal Experiment) (5) Willingness to breastfeed after childbirth. (Formal Experiment)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Previous cognitive impairment, history of mental illness, etc.; (Pre-experiment + Formal Experiment) (2) Pregnant women have other organic diseases, diabetes/insulin resistance, polycystic ovary syndrome, thyroid diseases, etc.; (Pre-experiment + Formal Experiment) (3) Pregnant women with HIV/AIDS. (Pre-experiment + Formal Experiment)
