intervention group:management pressure injury guided by grading management system of pressure injury
control group:management pressure injury with rutine care, including the assessment of the injury, reporting them to specialist nurses and manage to wound by specialist nurses

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: nurses: register nurse who agree to take part in this research Patients: Diagnosis with Pressure Injury; willing to take part in
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: nurses: no on duty during the research period; not engaged in clinical nursing patients:discharged or out of hospital before receiving any nursing care about pressure injury;patients who were unconscious and unable to communicate or fill out questionnaires were excluded from the satisfaction survey
