Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria included are, a) men and women ages 18-65; b) with a body mass index (BMI) between 25 and 35 kg/m2 ; c) and a stable body weight that fluctuated no more than approximately fluctuation less than 5 kg up or down induring the past 3 months; and d) Participants were also required to have Internet access to the Internet to allow for online exercises and meetings.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria are, a) having limitations in physical activities because of health problems (e.g., diabetes, heart disease, prior stroke, arthritis) , b) any severe pre-existing medical condition that affect weight); c) medication that can cause significant weight or appetite changes within the past 6 months; d) pregnant or nursing within the past 6 months or planning to become pregnant; or e) any reception of weight control intervention within the past 6 months.
