Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ( 1 ) Before the survey, diabetes has been diagnosed by medical institutions, or the risk factors of chronic diseases in 2023 were monitored to determine fasting blood glucose = 7.0mmol / L or 2 hours after taking glucose = 11.1mmol / L or glycosylated hemoglobin = 6.5 % ; ( 2 ) 30-74 yrs old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ( 1 ) is under 30 years of age or has reached 75 years of age ; ( 2 ) known severe contrast agent allergic reactions ; ( 3 ) Patients with hyperthyroidism who were not cured ; ( 4 ) unable to cooperate with CT scan acquisition and / or breath holding instructions ( 5s ) ; ( 5 ) Those who are pregnant, suspected to be pregnant or preparing for pregnancy ; ( 6 ) Patients with clinical related diseases or unstable symptoms ( such as acute myocardial infarction, decompensated cardiac insufficiency, etc. ) ; ( 7 ) Patients with high risk of contrast-induced nephropathy ( estimated glomerular filtration rate < 30 ml / min / 1.73 m2 ). ( 8 ) Patients who have received cardiac stent or bypass surgery, or whose coronary imaging findings have been clearly indicated as coronary artery disease.
