Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: a. Patients diagnosed with sepsis and septic shock according to sepsis-3 criteria; b. Adult patients admitted to the ICU.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: a. Patients who did not sign the informed consent form; b. Pregnant women; c. Patients who were readmitted to the ICU after observation
