Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Women diagnosed with PCOS according to Rotterdam standards; (2) 20 to 40 years old; (3) BMI >=25 and/or disordered lipid metabolism index (two consecutive fasting tests for cholesterol or triglycerides above the upper limit)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with organic obesity (such as hypothyroidism, Cushing syndrome, etc.); (2) abnormal liver and kidney function; (3) patients with chronic malabsorption syndrome or chole depression; (4) oral metformin, olistar, GLP-1 agonists and other drugs within one month before joining the group to lose weight or improve glycolipid metabolism; (5) Those who take antibiotics or other probiotics within two weeks before joining the group; (6) A history of estrogen or metabolic drug treatment in the past month
