Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age = 18 years 2. Patients diagnosed with ARDS according to the Global Definition of ARDS; or ICU inpatients with the same underlying diseases and similar age (±5 years) as ARDS patients but who do not meet the ARDS diagnostic criteria according to the Global Definition of ARDS. 3. The patient or their family has signed an informed consent form, allowing researchers to use the clinical data for research analysis.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Autoimmune diseases, hematologic diseases, active malignant tumors, receiving immunosuppressive therapy, receiving organ transplantation, receiving ECMO therapy, receiving extracorporeal circulation support therapy
