Gold Standard:The assessment of disease activity in large vessel vasculitis uses the Kerr score proposed by the National Institutes of Health (NIH): (1) Systemic symptoms such as fever, bone, and musc
(2) ESR acceleration
(3) Vascular ischemic or inflammatory signs and symptoms, such as intermittent claudication, pulse weakening or absence, vascular bruits, vascular pain, and asymmetric blood pressure
(4) Abnormal findings on angiography (this study allows the use of CTA or MRA as an alternative to traditional angiography). A Kerr score of =2 is considered indicative of active disease, and =1 is co

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Continuous enrollment of patients clinically diagnosed with large vessel vasculitis who visited Peking University Third Hospital.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1)Used glucocorticoids within 2 weeks; (2)Presence of other infections, malignant tumors, or autoimmune diseases; (3)Women who are preparing for pregnancy, pregnant, or lactating; (4)Unable to lie flat for half an hour; (5)Suffering from claustrophobia or other mental disorders; (6)Other conditions that researchers consider unsuitable for participation in the trial.
