Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Bone tissue collection: Patients aged between 30-75 years who meet the surgical indications for lumbar fusion internal fixation, vertebral body shaping, and anterior/posterior cross reconstruction require the aforementioned surgical treatments. Blood sample collection: Age between 30-75 years old, regardless of gender.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Secondary osteoporosis caused by other diseases; (2) Patients with mental illness and dementia who cannot cooperate in completing the questionnaire; (3) Patients who have used steroids or calcitonin within six months and have continuously used bisphosphonates within the past year; (4) There are other reasons that affect bone density measurement; (5) Suffering from rheumatoid arthritis; (6) Suffering from bone tumors or Paget's disease (malocclusion); (7) Have had their ovaries removed before;
