Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged = 18 and = 65 years, diagnosed with sacrococcygeal pilonidal sinus, and elective sacrococcygeal pilonidal sinus laser ablation and closure; 2. Sinus in the stable phase, without abscess, and did not receive any specialist instruments, surgical treatment within 3 months; 3. Voluntarily joined this trial, and signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with other anorectal diseases or surgery (including colorectal malignancies, Crohn 's disease, ulcerative colitis, intestinal tuberculosis, etc.); 2. History of cardiovascular disease: congestive heart failure > NYHA functional class II. Patients with unstable angina (angina symptoms at rest) or newly developed angina (started in the last 3 months) or myocardial infarction in the last 6 months. Active infection, > grade 2 adverse events (CTCAE version 3.0); 3. Pregnant or lactating patients; menstrual patients; 4. Severe allergy; 5. Suffering from uncontrollable psychiatric history.
