18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) ASA physical status I-III; (2) BMI ranging from 18 to 30kg/m2; (3) clinical diagnosis of gynecological malignant tumors, specifically including ovarian cancer, endometrial cancer, and cervical cancer, among others, with planned laparoscopic or open exploration surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Preoperative cognitive dysfunction, severe respiratory and cardiovascular diseases; (2) Abnormal coagulation function; (3) Allergy or contraindication to any component in this study; (4) Preoperative presence of other chronic pain symptoms unrelated to surgical indications and long-term opioid or gabapentin treatment.
