Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Patient: meets the diagnostic criteria for unstable angina pectoris; 2) Control population: those who do not meet the diagnostic criteria for coronary heart disease; 3) Age = 18, agree to participate in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Severe liver and kidney dysfunction; 2) Malignant tumors or autoimmune diseases; 3) Acute and chronic infectious diseases, or major surgery, trauma and use of antibiotics/immunosuppressants in recent 2 weeks; 4) Merge with other serious heart diseases, such as viral myocarditis, severe valve stenosis, etc; 5) Other situations that researchers consider unsuitable for participation in the study, such as pregnancy.
