Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with intravenous anesthesia, operation duration 2-5 hours, weight 48-78kg, height 140-170cm,ASA grade I to III

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: a. Patients with history of allergy to drugs related to this study, eggs, seafood, and soy b. Patients with severe liver and kidney dysfunction and cardiopulmonary disease c. Patients with or suspected presence of cerebral infarction or myocardial infarction d. Patients with severe hyperlipidemia
