40 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients undergoing elective laparoscopic total hysterectomy; 2) Age 40 to 70 years; 3) American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) grade I to III; 4) Those who voluntarily participated in this study and signed the relevant informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients with a history of mental illness, alcoholism, drug abuse, and chronic pain; 2) Patients with severe cardiac, hepatic, and renal dysfunction; 3) Patients with a history of previous gastrointestinal surgery; 4) Patients who are allergic to intraoperative related drugs; 5) Other conditions that the investigator considers inappropriate for participation in this trial.
