Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) people with primary Parkinson's diagnosed according to the Chinese PD diagnostic criteria (2016 edition); 2) Hoehn&Yahr grading 1-3, with grades 1-2 being early and grade 3 being intermediate; 3)=18 years old; 4) with normal language function and the ability to read; 5) people themselves with some experience in using and a smartphone with ready access to the Internet; and 6) with informed consent to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) patients with other neurologic (e.g., post-stroke sequelae or severe spinal cord injury) or comorbid cognitive impairments (MMSE = 25); and 2) medical contraindications to performing therapeutic exercise (e.g., severe cardiovascular disease, COPD, etc.) or other conditions that may limit limb movement.
