Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Age of 18-59 years old; ? first diagnosis of coronary heart disease; ? Informed consent and signed a printed informed consent form; ? Normal cognitive function, normal communication.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Complicated with other diseases that affect the survival time; ? will leave Wuxi within 3 months; ? employment without stable income before illness.
