Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Elderly patients aged 65-90 who underwent bronchoscopy examination had a BMI of 18.5-24 kg/m ² ASA is classified as ASA II-III With a fixed companion

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with a previous diagnosis of dementia or preoperative comorbidities of schizophrenia, epilepsy, or Parkinson's disease People with severe hypertension, diabetes and organ failure History of allergy to propofol, benzodiazepines, and other anesthetics Patients with a history of drug abuse

postoperative delirium;Vital signs: blood pressure, blood oxygen, heart rate, respiration;Adverse events: Decreased blood oxygen (SpO2<90%), decreased blood pressure (BP below 20% of baseline), body movement, agitation during wakefulness, dizziness, nausea and vomiting;
