Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients with pelvic organ prolapse seeking treatment at the Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital of Fudan University; (2) Female patients aged 50-80; (3) According to the POP-Q score, patients with at least one site at stage III or above, combined with at least one other site at stage II or above; (4) Patients who refuse conservative treatment or for whom conservative treatment has failed; (5) First-time pelvic organ prolapse surgery patients who desire surgical treatment and do not wish to preserve the uterus; (6) Patients may have concurrent urinary incontinence;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients who subjectively reject this surgical option; (2) Patients with a history of previous pelvic organ prolapse surgery; (3) Patients with a history of hysterectomy; (4) Patients with a strong desire to preserve the uterus; (5) Patients with severe medical or surgical diseases, tumors, infections, or bleeding; (6) Patients suspected or diagnosed with malignant pelvic tumors; (7) Patients who are too old to tolerate surgery.
