Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: In this study, children with suspected hip dysplasia or DDH risk factors who underwent ultrasound screening for 0-6 months were selected as research objects, and could be included if they met any of the following criteria: 1. Asymmetrical folds on the buttocks or inner thighs; 2. The length of both lower limbs varies by more than 2 cm and the degree of activity is inconsistent; 3. Limited abductive mobility of unilateral hip joint; 4. Premature infants with lower than average weight (gestational age less than 37 weeks, birth weight less than 2500 grams); 5. Women; 6. Hip-first presentation; 7. Macrosomia (birth weight greater than or equal to 4000 grams); 8. DDH family history; 9. Excessive maturity of the fetus (uterine body shrinkage and reduced fetal movement after 42 weeks of gestation); 10. Baby swaddling blanket; 11. Oligohydramnios (less than 300ml of amniotic fluid); 12. Other intrauterine factors that cause postural deformation.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Exclude DDH images caused by cerebral palsy, joint contracture, suppurative hip arthritis and other diseases; 2. Images of patients with other hip diseases and limb deformities were excluded.
