Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The diagnostic criteria are formulated according to the "Chinese dry Eye Expert Consensus: Examination and Diagnosis (2020)" : ocular dryness, foreign body sensation, burning sensation, fatigue, discomfort, redness, fluctuation of vision and other subjective symptoms, and ocular surface disease index (OSDI) score =7 or Ocular Surface Disease Index (OSDI) score =13, with one of the following criteria (1) or (2) met, A diagnosis can be made. (1) Tear film rupture time (BUT) Wet the fluorescein sodium ophthalmic tear test paper with normal saline and apply it in the eyelid membrane capsule, so that the patient blink several times, and then open the eye, record the first dry spot appearance time of the tear film with Suzhou KJ5SE slit lamp cobalt blue light, measure 3 times, and then take the average. BUT >10 s is a constant value, and =10 s indicates abnormal tear film stability. (2) Determination of tear secretion test (SIt) : The test should be conducted in a low light environment and without surface anesthesia in both eyes. Bend one end of the test paper 5mm and place it in 1/3 of the conjunctival sac of the client. Ask both eyes to close and place it for 5min, then measure the length of the wet strip. Normal is 10 ~ 15mm/5min, 1 week before enrollment; ? if suffering from chronic diseases, but does not affect dry eye disease sodium hyaluronate eye drops, acupuncture treatment; ? Patients voluntarily participated in the study and signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? Those who do not conform to the above diagnostic and inclusion criteria; ? Those who do not comply with the requirements of treatment; ? Patients with blepharitis, blepharitis, entropion, trichiasis, incomplete closure of the eyelid and other eyelid diseases affecting the tear film; (4) Patients with dacryadenitis, dacryocystitis, conjunctivitis, conjunctivitis, keratitis, pterygium, glaucoma, iritis and other anterior segment active diseases affecting tear film; ? Patients with severe life-threatening conditions such as circulation, nervous system and blood system; (6) Diabetes, mental diseases, such as the need for continuous medication can cause tear reduction; ? Patients who cannot receive floating needle reperfusion or sodium hyaluronate eye drops for other reasons.
