Propofol daytime group:Surgery time 8:00~18:00,Propofol anesthesia induction dose 2.0 mg/kg

Propofol night group:Surgery time20:00~6:00,Propofol anesthesia induction dose 2.0 mg/kg

Ciprofpl L3 daytime group:Surgery time 8:00~18:00. The induction dose of anesthesia will be administered at a Ciprofpl dosage of 0.3 mg/kg.

Ciprofpl L3 night group:Surgery time 20:00~6:00. The induction dose of anesthesia will be administered at a Ciprofpl dosage of 0.3 mg/kg.

Ciprofpl L4 daytime group:Surgery time 8:00~18:00. The induction dose of anesthesia will be administered at a Ciprofpl dosage of 0.4 mg/kg.

Ciprofpl L4 night group:Surgery time 20:00~6:00. The induction dose of anesthesia will be administered at a Ciprofpl dosage of 0.4 mg/kg.

Ciprofpl L5 daytime group:Surgery time 8:00~18:00. The induction dose of anesthesia will be administered at a Ciprofpl dosage of 0.5 mg/kg.

Ciprofpl L5 night group:Surgery time 20:00~6:00. The induction dose of anesthesia will be administered at a Ciprofpl dosage of 0.5 mg/kg.

Ciprofpl L6 daytime group:Surgery time 8:00~18:00. The induction dose of anesthesia will be administered at a Ciprofpl dosage of 0.6 mg/kg.

Ciprofpl L6 night group:Surgery time 20:00~6:00. The induction dose of anesthesia will be administered at a Ciprofpl dosage of 0.6 mg/kg.

18 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients undergoing elective hysteroscopic surgery requiring intravenous general anesthesia, ASA class 1-2, age 18-40 years, BMI 18-24 kg/m2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Alcohol addiction, chronic use of psychotropic medications, egg/soy allergy, diabetes, gastroesophageal reflux or symptomatic neurological, respiratory or cardiovascular disease
