18 Years to 75 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? ASA grade I-III; ? Aged 18-75 years ; ?Being confirmed the diagnosis of colorectal cancer, elective laparoscopic radical resection of colorectal cancer
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe cardiopulmonary function, liver and kidney dysfunction; 2. Patients with allergic history of related drugs; 3. Patient was not able or willing to cooperate with testing and assessments; 4. Patients with a long history of gastric ulcer and gas-trorrhagia; 5. Patients cannot tolerate a nerve block; 6. Patients with a contraindication for puncture; 7. Patients with a long history of painful diseases; 8. Patients with a history of drug or alcohol dependence; 9. Contraindications for general anaesthesia; 10. Patients with severe cardiopulmonary function, liver and kidney dysfunction; 11. Patients with high blood pressure, diabetes, mental disorders and mental disorders.
