Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients with age > 18 years and ASA grade I-III; (2) Patients undergoing total knee arthroplasty under lumbar anesthesia; (3) Patients who have passed the review of ethics committee and signed informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with a history of serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases; (2) Patients with history of deep vein thrombosis or pulmonary embolism; (3) Patients with abnormal coagulation or renal function; (4) Refusal of intraspinal anesthesia or contraindications; (5) Patients who refused to participate in this study;
