Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Male patients aged 15-45 years; Unilateral knee ACL injury caused by trauma; Positive anterior drawer test and Lachman test during preoperative physical examination, with MRI indicating anterior cruciate ligament injury; Surgery performed by the same group of physicians using arthroscopic autograft or allograft ACL reconstruction; Patients signed informed consent and agreed to follow-up.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: History of previous ACL injury; Patients undergoing combined posterior cruciate ligament and medial or lateral collateral ligament reconstruction surgery; Severe postoperative complications such as infection or deep vein thrombosis of the lower limbs; Inability to regularly complete outpatient follow-ups post-surgery; Severe cardiopulmonary disease or other fractures that affect postoperative functional exercise; Inability to tolerate rehabilitation training or those who withdraw midway.
