Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Complies with the above classification criteria for anal fistula, including complex anal fistula, trans sphincter anal fistula (middle and high), anal fistula above the sphincter, anal fistula outside the sphincter, female anterior (low trans sphincter) anal fistula, and Crohn's disease anal fistula (Crohn's disease is in remission, inflammation control is good, and definitive surgery is feasible); 2. Age between 18-70 years old, gender not limited; 3. Patients and their families are informed of the entire research process and agree to long-term follow-up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Other types of anal fistula or combined high intersphincteric lesions beyond the inclusion criteria; 2. Anal fistula with colorectal benign and malignant tumors, rectal polyps, active inflammatory bowel disease or tuberculosis and other diseases; 3. Women who are under 18 years old or over 70 years old, have poor compliance, or are pregnant or breastfeeding; 4. Patients with cardiovascular, liver and kidney diseases, severe hematopoietic disorders, or mental illnesses; 5. Patients with diabetes and abnormal immune system; 6. Patients with scar constitution.
