Precision Intervention Packages:Provides a package of discrete choice experiments (DCE) and design marathon methodology developed for precision-engineered interventions.
Veteran Secondary Transfer Model Group:Provision of financial incentives and free HIV self-testing kits (up to 5 self-testing reagents and/or 5 specific HIV self-testing links per study subject)

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >= 16 years; 2.Being born with a male sex; 3. Have had male-to-male sex; 4. Willingness to provide social accounts such as Blued or Weixin and participate in the follow-up survey after 3 months; 5.Persons providing informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Obvious mental illness or intellectual disability.
