Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Cardiac arrest due to respiratory failure or hypovolemic shock; ? Out-of-hospital cardiac arrest; ? Age 18-85 years old; ? Those whose legal representative has signed the informed consent form;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? No perfusion time > 10 minutes (time from cardiac arrest to start of chest compressions); ? Cardiac arrest due to advanced tumor and other end state of disease; ? Patients with cardiac arrest belonging to irreversible causes (e.g. severe trauma, poisoning); ? Those who have skin lesions, wounds, skin diseases, etc. at the location of acupoints that affect needling; ? People with allergies, or known allergies to the treatment modality, such as metal allergies; ? Pregnant women.
