Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Healthy adults between the ages of 18 and 40 years; 2.With normal body weight, BMI between 18.5-24.0 kg/m^2, without metabolic disease, digestive disease, or endocrine disease; 3.Without history of diabetes, or use of hypoglycemic drugs; 4.Without history of food allergy or intolerance, or history of blood phobia; 5.Without use of drugs that affect glucose tolerance in the past 3 months. Oral stable dose of contraceptives, acetylsalicylic acid, thyroxine, vitamins and mineral supplements, or drugs to treat hypertension or osteoporosis are acceptable; 6.Able to tolerate fasting for at least 10 hours.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Known history of diabetes or the use of anti-hyperglycemic drugs or insulin to treat diabetes and related diseases; 2. Major medical or surgical events in the past 3 months that require hospitalization; 3. The presence of diseases or drugs that affect the digestion and absorption of nutrients; 4. Use of steroids, protease inhibitors, or antipsychotics (all of which have significant effects on glucose metabolism and body fat distribution).
