Interventions

MDD without NSSI group (Experiment 1):Nuclear magnetic resonance scanning
Healthy control group (Experiment 1):Nuclear magnetic resonance scanning
MDD with NSSI group (Experiment 1):Nuclear magnetic resonance scanning
rTMS true stimulation group (Experiment 1):High frequency rTMS stimulated the left lateral dorsal frontal lobe, and low frequency rTMS stimulated the right lateral dorsal frontal lobe.
rTMS pseudo stimulation group (Experiment 2):During the treatment, the angle between the magnetic head plane and the scalp was changed from 90 degrees vertically to 45 degrees obliquely, so that the m

Inclusion criteria: Experiment 1: (1) Inclusion criteria for the MDD with NSSI group: 1) meet the diagnostic criteria for "depressive disorder" and "non-suicidal self-harm" in the DSM-5; 2) Age 12~18 years old, gender is not limited; 3) Han nationality; 4) right-handed; 5) Able to understand and cooperate with the completion of the experiment; 6) Obtain informed consent from patients and their legal guardians; 7) Those who have not received medication and other physical therapy or psychotherapy in the past 2 weeks. (2) Inclusion criteria for the MDD without NSSI group: 1) meet the diagnostic criteria for "depressive disorder" in the DSM-5 and do not meet the diagnostic criteria for "non-suicidal self-harm"; 2) Age 12~18 years old, gender is not limited; 3) Han nationality; 4) right-handed; 5) Able to understand and cooperate with the completion of the experiment; 6) Obtain informed consent from patients and their legal guardians; 7) Those who have not received medication and other physical therapy or psychotherapy in the past 2 weeks. (3) Inclusion criteria for the healthy control group: 1) did not meet the diagnostic criteria for any psychiatric disorder; 2) Age 12~18 years old, gender is not limited; 3) Han nationality; 4) right-handed; 5) Able to understand and cooperate with the completion of the experiment; 6) Obtain informed consent from the patient and his/her legal guardian. Experiment 2: (1) rTMS true stimulation group: 1) meet the diagnostic criteria of "major depressive disorder" and "non-suicidal self-harm" in DSM-5; 2) Age 12~18 years old, gender is not limited; 3) Han nationality; 4) right-handed; 5) Able to understand and cooperate with the completion of the experiment; 6) Obtain informed consent from patients and their legal guardians; 7) Those who have not received medication and other physical therapy or psychotherapy in the past 2 weeks. (2) rTMS pseudo-stimulation group: the same true stimulation group.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Experiment 1/Experiment 2: (1) Patients with mental disorders other than depressive disorders; (2) Patients with other physical diseases that affect the structure and function of the brain, such as severe traumatic brain injury or other neurological diseases; (3) those who are at risk of suicide; (4) History of seizures in the past; (5) Those who have metal implanted foreign bodies in the body (pacemakers, cochlear implants, etc.); (6) There are other contraindications to magnetic resonance and transcranial magnetic therapy.
