Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. 18 years old< age < 85 years old; 2. Body mass index (BMI): 18-30 kg/m2; 3.ASA:?~?; 4. Patients undergoing elective total hip arthroplasty
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. With contraindications to regional blockade: abnormal coagulation function, puncture site infection, local anesthetic allergy; 2. Long-term use of opioids (daily use of opioids is equivalent to 30mg of morphine for more than 6 months), chronic pain history; 3. Inability to cooperate with the investigator for any reason: hearing impairment, language comprehension impairment, do not understand the use of VAS, refuse to participate in the participant; 4. Severe abnormal respiratory, circulatory, liver and kidney function; 5. History of neurological and psychiatric diseases, and history of long-term use of sedative drugs.
