Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Children with anemia and splenomegaly who are receiving outpatient treatment and inpatient treatment in our hospital, and who voluntarily participate and sign an informed consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Previously treated with splenic artery embolization or partial splenectomy
