Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) adult patients aged 18 to 80 years old, of both sexes; (2) patients who were diagnosed with choledocholithiasis or obstructive jaundice and had indications for ERCP; (3) patients with normal serum and urine amylase before operation.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) patients with acute pancreatitis or a history of acute or chronic pancreatitis; (2) patients with ERCP history, gastrointestinal or bilioenteric anastomosis and gastrointestinal diversion; (3) patients with severe heart, lung, liver and kidney dysfunction who could not tolerate surgery; (4) psychiatric patients, lactating and pregnant women; (5) patients who are participating in clinical trials of other drugs; (6) allergic to traditional Chinese medicine or western medicine; (7) patients unwilling to sign informed consent.
