Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Han ethnicity; (2) Children diagnosed with moderate to severe Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) according to the diagnostic criteria of the fifth edition of the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM-V) in the United States; (3) Aged between 3 and 12 years old; (4) All participants require the consent of their caregivers to participate in this study; (5) Ability to meet the treatment conditions of Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) and exercise therapy.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Individuals with a history of clear head trauma or with metal objects embedded in the skull; (2) Those with neurological and psychiatric disorders such as epilepsy, tic disorders, etc.; (3) Individuals with implanted devices such as pacemakers, implantable defibrillators, and neurostimulators; (4) Those currently taking medications that affect the central nervous system in the short term; (5) Individuals who have recently attended sports training courses; (6) Those with limb disabilities that prevent participation in exercise interventions; (7) Individuals with visual and auditory impairments; (8) Those who have undergone transcranial magnetic stimulation therapy in the past.
