18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) 18-65 years old (no gender restriction); (2) Patients with liver failure who were to undergo liver transplantation had MELD score < 35 before surgery; (3) Abdominal spasm pain after operation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Postoperative MAP=60mmHg; (2) The primary donor liver is not functional; (3) Patients with primary kidney disease; (4) After splenectomy; (5) Patients with contraindications to papaverine use, such as complete atrioventricular block, Parkinson's disease, or hemorrhagic cerebral infarction.
