Interventions

Intervention group:The participants in intervention group received both usual care and the AiCare program.
Control Group:Participants in the control group received usual care.

18 Years to 62 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) were HIV positive, (2) had already initiated ART, (3) were 18 years or older, and (4) experienced negative adaptation outcomes (with a score 3 for the 4-item patient health questionnaire for anxiety and depression (PHQ-4), or a score 30 for Acceptance of illness Scale (AIS), or a score 10 for the CASE adherence Index).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) complicated with tumor; (2) acute attack of opportunistic infections; (3) no smart phone; (4) current pregnancy; (5) participating in other intervention studies; (6) refused to participate in the study.
