Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Permanent residents of sample village in Pingyin County, Jinan; Aged between 45 and 70 years old; Without hearing, vision, or speech communication impairments; Participants and their family members agreed and sign an informed consent form (ICF); Normal cognitive function at baseline.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Individuals with long-term residence registration but have been living elsewhere; Individuals with severe hearing, vision impairments, or other conditions that may affect the examination results; Individuals with severe schizophrenia; Individuals with intellectual disabilities; Individuals with disorders affecting consciousness; Non-cooperative individuals; Individuals already diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease (AD) or other types of dementia or cognitive impairments; Individual who refuses to sign or withdraws their informed consent form (ICF).
