Interventions

On-site Exercise Group:Multi-modal training (including resistance training, balance training, flexibility training) for 60 minutes twice a week and health education once a month (online).
Live-streamed Group:Multi-modal training (including resistance training, balance training, flexibility training) for 60 minutes twice a week and health education once a month
Control Group:health education once a month (online).

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. age>=70 years;2. residence in the community for the next 12 months; 3.ability to consistently participate in program-required exercises; 4. able to use the WeChat App; 5. willingness to sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. unable to care for himself/herself in daily life; 2. has cognitive impairment; 3. has a progressive neurological condition; 4. has any other unstable or acute condition that prevents movement.
