Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age = 60 years; (2) Patients undergoing elective general anesthesia; (3) American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) classification I-III; (4) No gender restriction; (5) Non-emergency surgeries; (6) Obtain informed consent from patients and have them sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Preoperative abnormal liver function, abnormal kidney function, neuromuscular dysfunction, heart failure, arrhythmias, and coronary artery disease; intraoperative use of vasoactive drugs; patients with cognitive impairment and a history of mental illness.
