Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Women aged = 45 years; 2. Diagnosed with pelvic floor dysfunction for at least 3 months; 3. Assessed by healthcare professionals to be eligible for conducting regular pelvic floor muscle exercise to manage signs or symptoms of pelvic floor dysfunction; 4. Having a smartphone or panel computer with internet access and being proficient in using it; 5. Informed consent and voluntary participation in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Preparing to get pregnant within the next six months, pregnancy, or within one year after childbirth; 2. Suffering from serious diseases (such as cancer and neurological disorders); 3. Using medication or undergoing surgery to control pelvic floor dysfunction within the past six months or currently; 4. Severe pelvic floor dysfunction (such as pelvic organ prolapse stage III); 5. Active or recurrent urinary tract infections; 6. Participating in other clinical trials currently.
