Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing gynecological surgery; 2. ASA grade I - II; 3. Aged 18 to 65 years old; 4. BMI 18-30kg/?;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Oral ulcer, sore throat, throat mucosa injury, pharyngitis before operation; 2. Preoperative nausea, vomiting, cough, dysphagia; 3. History of laryngeal surgery; 4. Mallampati graded 2 or above; 5. Preoperative hypermagnesia or allergy to magnesium; 6. Recent respiratory infectious diseases; 7. Preoperative hypoalbuminemia; 8. Smoking history; 9. Preoperative nasogastric tube placement; 10. Decompensated heart disease (heart failure, myocardial infarction, severe arrhythmia); 11. Severe respiratory diseases (severe obstructive or restrictive lung disease, respiratory failure); 12. Severe liver dysfunction (serum total bilirubin >= 2mg/dl); 13. Severe renal dysfunction (glomerular filtration rate < 60ml/ (min·1.73m2); 14. Patients receiving chronic treatment with calcium channel blockers or magnesium. 15. Contraindications of magnesium sulfate: acute intestinal bleeding, acute abdomen, pregnancy, lactation.
