18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) From August 2024 to July 2025, those who undergone unilateral ACL reconstruction in the Department of Sports Medicine Huashan Hospital with quadriceps strength symmetry < 80% at three months after surgery; 2) Aged between 18 and 60 years; 3) First occurrence of ACL injury; 4) Patients willing to participate in the study after informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) History of thrombosis; 2) History of hypertension; 3) Patients with mental or psychological illness who are not suitable for follow-up.
