Interventions
Control group:All patients with varicocele were treated with topical dressing 1 week after surgery, and no longer used after wound healing.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? After marriage infertility or accompanied by perineal distension discomfort, scrotum damp, complete routine semen examination and spermatic vein ultrasound examination. Semen results showed oligoasthenospermia, and ultrasound results showed varicocele (internal diameter of spermatic vein >2mm in calm breathing, regurgitation in valsalva test). Each patient underwent microscopically ligation of spermatic vein. 2. Age 18-60 years old; 3. Exclude other benign and malignant diseases of the urinary system, 4. the general condition is good, and can be treated with treatment
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Preexisting reproductive system disease; 2. Patients with hypercoagulable blood or at risk of bleeding; 3. Patients with severe hepatic and renal insufficiency; 4. Patients with serious cardiovascular disease or other unstable conditions in the past are not suitable for surgery.
