Interventions
Low frequency stimulation group:According to the recommended low frequency parameter range of 75µs-150µs, use twice a day for 1 hour each time.
Medium frequency stimulation group:According to the recommended intermediate frequency parameter range of 151µs-300µs, use twice a day for 1 hour each time.
High-frequency stimulation group:According to the recommended high-frequency parameter range of 301µs-560µs, use twice a day for 1 hour each time.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Aged 18 years and over. (2) Patients diagnosed with gynecological malignancy and requiring surgery. (3) No deep vein or intermuscular vein thrombosis was confirmed by Doppler ultrasonography in both lower limbs before surgery. (4) In line with the indications of dno high energy stimulator used in this study. (5) Voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) There was thrombosis before the study. (2) A history of epilepsy. (3) Pacemaker carriers. (4) Previous blood related history. (5) Patients with severe coagulation dysfunction before treatment. (6) Long-term anticoagulant therapy is required during the perioperative period. (7) Vulnerable groups, including people with mental illness, people with cognitive impairment, critically ill patients, pregnant women, illiterates, etc.
