Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Intrauterine pregnancy <10 weeks (missed abortion < 12 weeks), previous history of cesarean section; Transvaginal three-dimensional color ultrasonography confirmed that the implantation site of the embryo was in the scar of the incision. No massive vaginal bleeding, centerless, liver, kidney and other important organ diseases; MTX and other germicidal drugs were not used; Patients and their family members signed the informed consent, willing to accept HIFU combined with Qinggong conservative treatment and follow-up

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Gestational trophoblastic cell disease; Other types of ectopic pregnancy cervical pregnancy, uterine horn pregnancy, etc.; In patients with residual pregnancy after uterine scar clearance in other hospitals, intestinal tube adhesion was found in the acoustic channel located by HIFU machine.
