Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1: Patients with tracheotomy, including brain trauma, spinal cord injury and stroke; 2. Stable vital signs; All patients were complicated with pulmonary infection, and the diagnostic criteria were based on the Diagnostic Criteria for Nosocomial Infection formulated by the Ministry of Health. 3. Tube time =48 hours; 4. Duration of disease =6 months, age 18-75 years.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1: Rib fracture, clavicle fracture, spine instability; 2. Need mechanical ventilation to assist breathing; 3. Combined with lung tumor, pulmonary embolism, pulmonary edema, COPD, asthma and other respiratory diseases; 4. Severe osteoporosis; Severe atrial fibrillation; 5. Hemodynamic instability; 6. It is difficult to remove tracheal tubes due to mental and psychological problems.
