Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with permanent enterostomy treated by enterostomy ; 2. age = 18 years old ; 3 .patients or their families can skillfully use smart phones, computers and other devices ; 4 .Informed consent, voluntary participation in this interview.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1 .patients with obvious disturbance of consciousness and mental retardation leading to abnormal communication ; 2 .those who could not cooperate or quit halfway
