Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Age 60~80 years old, gender is not limited; (2) There was dysphagia, EAT-10 < 3, and the drinking water test =2; (3) The patient is sane; Clear consciousness, no dementia, apraxia and other symptoms, able to complete assessment and other tests; (4) The motor function can at least independently complete the six-character formula; Patients can cooperate with breathing training; (5) Education in primary school or above, able to communicate and communicate normally, have basic reading and writing skills; Have a certain ability to express, fully informed, voluntary participation and signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Hearing, vision, cognitive dysfunction, or self-reported epilepsy, dementia and other neurological and mental diseases are unable to communicate, communicate, and learn normally; (2) Those with unstable vital signs; (3) Self-reported suffering from heart, brain, kidney, liver, respiratory system, blood system and other diseases, and intolerance to exercise (doctor's suggestion or evaluator on-site judgment); (4) severe anxiety (Hamilton Anxiety Scale HAMA score =29); (5) Severe depression (Hamilton Depression Scale HAMD-24 total score =35); Those with other mental diseases; (6) Patients with swallowing disorders caused by organic lesions in the throat and esophagus; (7) There are serious complications, such as heart failure, respiratory failure, liver failure, kidney failure, acute myocardial infarction, severe lung infection. Patients with unstable vital signs, complicated with other important organ diseases, serious malformations, serious infections, and malignant tumors; (8) There are consciousness disorders, cognitive disorders, serious aphasia, agnosia, unable to communicate.
