Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria for patients in the case group: patients with suspected pathogenic bacteria detected by mNGS of Whipple's barrier-raising body in the lavage fluid of electronic tracheoscopy and complete case data; Inclusion criteria for patients in the control group: patients with suspected pathogenic bacteria detected by electronic tracheoscopy examination of lavage fluid mNGS and complete case data;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria for patients in the case group: patients with incomplete case data. Exclusion criteria for patients in the control group: mNGS detection of Whipple's adoptive barrier, and patients with incomplete case data.
