Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: According to the 2011 edition of the US NIA-AA and ASA/AHA standards, as well as the 2014 edition of the Vas Cog standards, patients diagnosed with cognitive impairment accompanied by sarcopenia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with other neurological, psychiatric, and cerebrovascular diseases, a history of taking antipsychotic drugs, a score greater than 4 on the Hachinski ischemic scale, and a history of obesity, alcoholism, and drug abuse.
